I was pleased to moderate a recent Westweek panel at Pacific Design Center. There, she introduced the ‘Game Changer,’ an elegant and warm rustic coffee table filled with secret compartments for kids’ toys to engage the entire family. This is simply one component of her ‘family philosophy’ and I commend her passionate efforts.”

As such I have been following Sari Ehrenreich’s design concept of keeping families close.  A few years ago Sari came to my office and presented her ideology, that as designers and architects we all have an opportunity to effect a positive change in the lives of the families we serve.

I attended her panel of lifestyle experts at Rose Tarlow’s furniture showroom, the subject of which was how to design in order to help families play inside and out.
Recently at the Pacific Design Center, WestWeek market, Sari premiered her innovative table with compartments that reveal games for all the family to discover together and I was there to root her on. I enthusiastically support my colleague in all her efforts to guide families to grow together while having fun.”
